Here's our order-to-delivery procedure:
Order Acceptance: Our order processing cut-off time is 9am from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 9am will be processed on the same day, while orders submitted after 9am will be processed on the following business weekday. Should you require urgent assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to assist you promptly.
Dispatch: We make every effort to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days.
Dispatch Notification: You can anticipate receiving a notification from us on the day when your order is prepared for shipment. If, for any reason, you do not receive this notification within the 1-5 day timeframe, please reach out to us, and we will prioritize your inquiry for immediate assistance.
Amend/ Cancel Orders: Amendments or cancellations can't be made once an order has been placed. We always want to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as an order is placed.
