We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Delivery related
Our driver will reach you 2 times at the contact number provided. If no one is present or contactable, your package will be left at the riser, door, gate or security. If other arrangements are preferred, leave us a note upon placing the order.
We strongly recommend you to ensure the accuracy of shipping method, address and contact information submitted to ensure a pleasant fulfilment experience. If the driver is unable to access the door or leave the package, please refer below:
Dry Products: The package (dry items) will be returned to our store You may arrange an appointment with us to pick it up or redeliver for a fee of $7.
Frozen/ Chilled Products: Please ensure that there is someone at home to receive the frozen items according to the allocated timeslot communicated. Our delivery personnel are trained and authorized to discard all frozen/ chilled products as food safety is paramount to us. As a good practice for all grocers, frozen/ chilled products that are returned should not be accepted and resold to consumers.
In view of this, our delivery personnel are not allowed to return frozen/ chilled products to our store due to considerations such as duration of frozen food left in ambient temperature, unplanned storage for the returned frozen food, unplanned routing to return to store, etc. which may compromise the quality and safety of frozen/ chilled food.
We seek your understanding that a refund will not be provided for discarded frozen/ chilled product(s).
