How Petsmile works

Undisturbed plaque can lead to tartar buildup, bad breath and inflamed gums. Petsmile uses Calprox®, an encapsulated form of calcium peroxide, to gently dissolve the protein pellicle from the tooth surface. By removing this pellicle, it helps reduce plaque, stains and the bacteria that contribute to oral health problems.

How to use

1. Apply a small amount (about pea- to nickel-sized) of Petsmile toothpaste onto the Petsmile applicator swab or a pet toothbrush.
2. Gently apply to the teeth on both sides of your pet’s mouth.
3. Allow your pet to lick the toothpaste around their mouth. No rinsing is required.
