Why the Front Range Flex Harness?

Most harnesses are cut and sewn from flat webbing and panels that sit on the dog rather than moving with them. The Front Range Flex Harness takes a different approach: engineered knit fabric that is inherently light, flexible, and soft, conforming dynamically to your dog's body shape for an almost custom fit.

As a bonus, the knit construction process itself reduces material waste compared to standard cut-and-sew methods - a more sustainable way to build great gear. Four points of adjustment let you fine-tune the fit, and side-release buckles make daily on/off effortless.

What Makes It Work

The body is 100% polyester engineered knit - light, flexible, and soft against the skin. Webbing is 100% polyester with 30% recycled content. The front leash attachment is nylon webbing in moulded TPU for strength and durability.

The back leash attachment is an anodised 6061-T6 aluminium V-ring. Buckles are bluesign approved ITW Nexus Mach 1 side-release. Reflective trim provides visibility in low-light conditions, and an integrated light loop accommodates the Ruffwear Beacon safety light. Made in Vietnam. Available in 4 colours × 6 sizes.

Suitable For

Six sizes (XXXS through L/XL) cover an exceptionally wide range of breeds, from very small dogs to large breeds. Two leash attachment points - back V-ring for everyday walks and front webbing loop for training - make this versatile across activities. Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent; secure all fasteners before washing and air dry. This product is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

How to Use

Loosen all straps before fitting. Slip the harness over your dog's head, position the chest panel, and fasten both side-release buckles. Adjust the four points of adjustment until the harness sits comfortably snug - two fingers should fit beneath each strap.

Attach your leash to the back V-ring for walks or the front loop for training. Secure all fasteners, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, mild detergent, air dry.
