Why the Knot-a-Leash?

At the heart of the Knot-a-Leash is a supple, reflective kernmantle rope - the same construction used in technical rock climbing gear. The rope is paired with a tri-action, auto-locking swivelling carabiner that creates a secure, twist- and tangle-free connection.

The swivel eliminates the lead-twisting that plagues conventional leashes on active outings. Completing the kit is a comfortable tubular webbing handle for a confident, padded grip. Available in two sizes - Small with 7 mm diameter rope and Large with 11 mm - to match your dog's size and strength. Rope length: 5 ft (1.5 m) for both sizes. What Makes It Work

The rope is reflective polypropylene kernmantle with a core made from repurposed waste yarns, combining performance with sustainability. The anodised 6061-T6 aluminium tri-action auto-locking carabiner with silicone swivel cover lifts, twists, and opens for fast, reliable clipping and unclipping - and locks automatically when released. The polyester tubular webbing handle provides comfort on longer holds. Made in Vietnam. Available in 4 colours × 2 sizes.

Suitable For

Dogs only. The Small size suits small-to-medium dogs; the Large suits medium-to-large dogs. Both sizes measure 5 ft (1.5 m) in length. Pairs best with the Knot-a-Collar for a coordinated, climbing-inspired system. The locking carabiner is rated for secure, on-leash use - not for technical climbing applications.

How to Use

To clip: lift the carabiner gate, twist to unlock, and attach to your dog's collar or harness ring. Release to lock automatically. To unclip: lift, twist, open, and remove. Hold the tubular webbing handle during the walk. Hand wash with mild detergent, air dry. Do not expose the carabiner to harsh chemicals.
