Shade-providing spandex over the back reflects solar radiation to reduce heat load, while Swamp Cooler evaporative cooling technology in the chest panel disperses heat from the dog's core as moisture evaporates.

What Makes It Work

The outer layer is bluesign approved polyester air mesh for breathability and heat reflection. The chest panel uses the Swamp Cooler evaporative cooling layer — polyester felt — that stores water and releases it gradually to drive the cooling effect.

Suitable For

Six sizes (XXS through XL) cover a wide range of breeds. Best suited for draft dogs on fast-paced hot-weather pursuits where a lighter, more streamlined cooling option is preferred over the full coverage of the Swamp Cooler Vest. Measure around the widest part of the rib cage to size. This product is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

How to Use

Submerge the vest in water and wring it out so it is damp but not dripping. Zip it onto your dog, thread the leash through the portal if applicable. Re-wet when the vest dries to recharge the cooling effect. Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent; secure fasteners before washing. Air dry.
