Sanchoku Wagyu is raised to this philosophy, and blends thoroughbred Japanese wagyu genetics with Australian animal husbandry.

Beyond gastronomy, this meat contains high monounsaturated fats, specifically Oleic Acid, which is linked to improved heart health and cholesterol levels.
